HELLA Expands Its Heavy-Duty Aftermarket Brake Portfolio
FORVIA HELLA is strengthening its aftermarket brake portfolio with the launch of HELLA-branded brake pads for trucks, buses and trailers. The new range marks the company’s first move into this heavy-duty brake pad segment under its own brand name, following the integration of the Hella-Pagid brake business.
The programme launches with 58 references, covering a broad range of commercial vehicle applications and model variants. The new range is available worldwide and is aimed at fleet operators, commercial vehicle workshops and parts wholesalers.
Built for Long-Haul Operating Conditions
The brake pads have been developed for the high thermal and mechanical demands of long-distance transport. Application-specific friction materials are designed to support braking performance, durability and driving comfort, while accessories are supplied where required for individual applications.
This expansion gives HELLA a stronger position in one of the most safety-critical and high-wear categories in the commercial vehicle aftermarket. The company already offers a broader brake portfolio covering brake pads, discs, hydraulics, brake fluids, chemical products and brake electronics.

HELLA has already built strong aftermarket coverage in passenger car and light commercial vehicle braking. With the addition of truck, bus and trailer applications, FORVIA HELLA is now moving deeper into the heavy-duty segment.
