Auto Partner Strengthens German Market With New Logistics Centre

Polish Distributor Builds a Physical Base in Germany

Auto Partner is preparing a major step in its Western European expansion with a new logistics centre in Germany. Through Auto Partner Deutschland GmbH, the Polish automotive parts wholesaler has signed a long-term lease for approximately 24,300 square metres of warehouse space.

The facility is expected to begin operations by the end of 2027, or by the first quarter of 2028 at the latest. Until now, Auto Partner has supplied the German market from Poland. The new warehouse marks the first time the group will hold stock directly inside Germany, one of its most important export markets.

Strong Results Support the Expansion

The investment follows a strong first half of 2026. Auto Partner increased revenue by 11 percent year-on-year to PLN 2.46 billion, while net profit rose by 60.8 percent to PLN 156.2 million. The operating result also improved significantly, supported by higher sales volumes, international expansion and slower cost growth compared with revenue.

International business is now central to the group’s development. Outside Poland, Auto Partner generated PLN 1.30 billion in sales, representing 52.9 percent of total group revenue. The company currently supplies customers in 37 European countries.

Faster Availability in a Key Market

The German logistics centre is intended to improve availability and delivery times in one of Europe’s most competitive aftermarket markets. Alongside its central warehouse in Bieruń and hubs in Zgorzelec, Pruszków and Poznań, Auto Partner is building a more regionalised logistics structure.

Faster Availability in a Key Market

For wholesalers, workshops and export buyers, the move signals a stronger cross-border distribution model, where local stock, speed of delivery and range depth are becoming decisive competitive advantages.
